ICANN has recently announced that it has signed the Accountability Framework with the country code Top Level Domain ( ccTLD ) manager for Montserrat ( .MS ).The Accountability Framework was signed on 17 March .
The Accountability Framework has two steps.The first one is the document that sets out the obligations of a ccTLD manager and ICANN and the second one is an exchange of letters between ICANN and the ccTLD manager.
The second step is designed for ccTLD managers who require a formal document with ICANN .
