The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and Packet Clearing House (PCH) announced that they will join the Singapore government at the new conference .
The three new facilities are located in Singapore ,Zurich (Switzerland) and San Jose (California) and will provide cryptographic security using the recently deployed Domain Name System Security (DNSSEC) protocol .
