According to whois records,the domain name was registered by John Stewart .
The domain name forwards to Vivid.com .
The company behind the Hustler adult entertainment enterprise owns many trademark registrations for the "Hustler" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,Hustler can easy demonstrate that John Stewart registered and used the domain name in bad faith,since Hustler.co redirects to rival Vivid.com .
The case is still pending compliance checks at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
