HP owns many trademark registrations for the "HP" mark.Therefore,they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith .
Respondent uses the disputed domain name to resolve Internet users to Complainant’s own website. The Panel finds that such use is evidence of Respondent’s bad faith registration and use of the disputed domain name."
The respondent,Graham Peterson,failed to submit a response in this proceeding.
Having established all the elements required under the ICANN Policy,the Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
