Hermes International,the well known luxury fashion house submitted recently a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over two domain names .
The two domain names are : discounthermeshandbags.net and thierryhermes.com .Hermes owns many trademark registrations for the "Hermes" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
Neither discounthermeshandbags.net,nor thierryhermes.com resolve to a website for now .
The case is still pending compliance checks with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
