Hermes International,the well known luxury fashion house submitted recently a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the Hermes-Birkins.net domain name .
Hermes owns many trademark registrations for the "Hermes" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
The disputed domain name doesn't resolve to any website for now .
The case is still pending compliance checks with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
