Google submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum on August 30, 2011,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names.
Google owns many trademark registrations both for the "Google" mark,as well as fir the "Gmail" trademark.Therefore,the company contended that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.The company contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith.
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
