An arbitrator with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has awarded GoogleXXX.com domain name to Google .
Google has filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name.The company owns many trademark registration for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
The Panel awarded the domain name to Google .
