Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.
" The Respondent registered the disputed Domain Name which is deceptively and confusingly similar to the Complainant’s trademark with the sole intention of attracting for commercial gain Internet users to the website by creating a likelihood of confusion with the Complainant’s trademark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of the website."
The respondent failed to submit a response in this proceeding .
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
