Google gets hands on googlebuzz.com

Google submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum, requesting the domain name googlebuzz.com to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant. Google is the owner of numerous registered trademarks all over the world. They have also establish rights in the Google mark through its registration of the mark .
Therefore, they contended ion the complaint that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover, they contended that the respondent registered and used the domain name in bad faith.
" Respondent registered the <googlebuzz.com> domain name August 31, 2004, the disputed domain name has resolved to a parked website that displays hyperlinks to third-party websites, some of which directly compete with Complainant.  The Panel finds that Respondent’s use of the disputed domain name disrupts Respondent’s business.  The Panel further finds that Respondent’s actions constitute bad faith registration and use ."
Because the respondent failed to submit a response in this proceeding and because the complainant managed to demonstrate all the elements needed, the Panel  ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
