Google has been granted the rights to eight Google-related domain names.The company filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names.
The eight disputed domain names are: google-bih.com,google-crnagore.com,googlecrnagore.com,google-hrvatska.com,googlehrvatska.com,googl-montenegro.com,googlemontenegro and googlesrbija.com .
The software giant owns may trademark registration for the Google mark.Therefore,the company contended that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith .
The Panel ordered all eight domain names be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
