Google owns many trademark registration for the "Google" mark all over the world and Sai Satish registered the disputed domain name in 2009,long after Google had its mark registered.Therefore,the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,Google tries to demonstrate that Sai Shatir registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.
The arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum.
