Google has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over GoogleInstant.com domain name.
According to whois records,the disputed domain name was registered by Steven Harberts,in January 2009.
Google owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name in confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,the respondent uses the domain name to display pay-per-click advertisements for services closely related to those of Google.
However,this arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum .
