Google has recently submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name Google-Sina.com .
Google owns many trademark registrations for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .The domain name redirects to a porn site .
The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
