Google,the American public corporation has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,claiming rights over Googledoc.com domain name .
Google owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Googledoc.com was registered by Ravi Mani.The whois records for this domain name have been updated on June 17 ,2010 .
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum .
