Google owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
GoogleAdwords.us was registered by Julian Majid.The whois records for this domain name have been updated on 17 April,2010 .
However,Julian Majid wrote on www.googleadwords.us that : "This site is not owned by Google Adwords Corp. This is a privately owned site.I am an adwords optimization expert and in no way connected to Google Corp . "
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum .
