Google,the American public corporation has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting rights over the disputed domain name GoogleAdvisor.com .
The company owns many trademark registration for the "Google" mark.Therefore it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.According to whois records ,the current owner is John Lester.
John Lester registered the disputed domain name long after Google had its mark registered.
The arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum.
