The company owns many trademark registrations for the Armani mark.Therefore,they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.
"Respondent attempted to sell, rent or otherwise transfer the domain name registration to the Complainant who is the owner of the corresponding renowned Trademarks for valuable consideration in excess of the out-of-pocket costs directly related to the domain name or in any case to obtain some personal advantage from the value of these famous Trademarks."
The respondent failed to submit a response in this proceeding .
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
