An arbitrator with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has awarded six Armani-related domain names to Giorgio Armani .
The six domain names are : armaniblacklabel.com , armanicode.net,armanicollezioni.org,armani-exchange.org,armanijunior.org and emporio-armani.net .
Giorgio Armani s.p.A filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center on April 28,2011,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names.
The company owns many trademark registrations for the Armani, Giorgio Armani ,Armani Code, Armani Collezioni,Emporio Armani and manu other marks.Therefore,they contended that the disputed domain name are confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith .
The Panel ordered the disputed domain names be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
