Owning these trademarks the company has many chances to win the domain name dispute.It seems like all four domain names are confusingly similar to their trademarks.
Two domain names,newemporioarmanisunglasses.com and newgiorgioarmanisunglasses.com are registered by Basman Corp. on June 17 2008 . Coincidence or not,giorgioarmanidesigns.com domain name was registered three days after the two others were registered,on June 20 2008 by Thomas Casey.
Even though I haven't seen the respondent's contentions,I really do believe the Panel will decide that the four domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
