LOS ANGELES, California – The third annual DOMAINfest Global™, the premier conference and networking event for the domain name industry, will be held at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, California from January 28-30, 2009. Event registration will open later this year.
The sold-out 2008 event featured the first Town Hall meeting hosted by renowned domain investor Frank Schilling as well as panel discussions by an unprecedented number of domain experts. John Battelle, best selling author and CEO of Federated Media, was the keynote speaker.
The event will also feature a Moniker® domain name auction powered by SnapNames Live™ technology. Last January, the SnapNames Live auction garnered more than $4 million in live and online sales and featured high-profile names that included bookmarks.com, photograph.com, yemen.com, and females.com.
