Bruce Tonkin Outlines .au Registration Policy Changes Effective June 1

The upcoming changes to .au domain name registration policy are outlined in this short video by Bruce Tonkin in his role as Chief Technology Officer for Melbourne IT.

Bruce outlines the new changes to take effect as of June 1 including registrants will now be able to transfer .au domain names between one another for any reason. Thus opening up a market for auctions of .au domain names.



Bruce was also a member of the auDA Names Policy Panel that looked at existing policies and made recommendations to the auDA board and a former director of auDA.
