It has been registered the first .tel UDRP by Osram GmbH for the domain name Osram.tel

We are looking forward to seeing what is going to happen in this case because of the differences between .tel and other top level domain names.There are some requirements the complainant should prove .The first one is that the domain name is identical or confunsingly similar to its trademark or sevice mark in which complainant has rights.This firsr requirement is the same on .tel as other domains too.But the requirement in which the respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name and the one in which the domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith will have to be proven in different ways than is sometimes done for regular domain names.
We just have to wait and see what is going to happen.
