The first SnapNames Showcase Auction – a new monthly feature from the company – ended today with degreeprograms.com being the top seller, selling for $31,555.
Other highlights of the auction were:
- camerabags.com ($10,500) was the only other sale to break the US$10K mark
- other one- and two-word domains that met their reserves included Pumped.com ($5,750), Defeated.com ($1,180), HeadButt.com ($2,149) and LukeWarm.com ($1,050)
- almost half the names in the catalogue were sold.
Submissions for the August Showcase Auction are due by July 28 and September submissions are due by August 25.
