The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center announced that a ruling has been issued in favor of Facebook regarding rights to the internet domain name Facebok.com .
Facebook filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights to the disputed domain name .
Facebook owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Facebook" mark .Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
