Facebook has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center claiming rights to the Facebook.me domain name.
It is more than obvious that Facebook will win this case.They won the trademark registration for the "Facebook" mark.This means that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
The disputed domain name is currently registered by Amjad Abbas .
