Aurora Health Clinic,a medical clinic sues an ex-employee for fraudulent behaviour.

Everything started when Leo Enriquez,one of the Clinic's employee started to buy some domain names for the health clinic.The problem was that he didn't registered the domain names for the health clinic.He registered them for his own company.
Moreover,it seems that Enriquez used the clinic funds to register the five domain names:aurorahealthcenter.com, centrodesaludaurora.com, immigrationexamines.com, medicodeinmigracion.com, and yourimmigrationdoctor.com
Even though Enriquez' employment was terminated in 2004,the clinic staff discovered what he have done now in June 2009.
Now the former employee refuses not only to transfer the domain names to the health center but he also asked the clinic to pay him $13,000 for the five domain names.
Like this wasn't enough,he even stated that he is negotiating to a third party the sale of one of the domain names.
Therefore,the clinic sued Enriquez requesting the five domain names to be transferred to them.
