Healthy .eu registrations in Bulgaria, Estonia and Romania helped drive year over year growth, supported by renewal rates above the industry average, at 78%.Earlier this year,Eurid celebrated its fifth birthday .Full public registration started on 7 April,2006 .Half of the .eu domain names (1.7 million) were registered in April 2006,the first month f availability .This means that registration of .eu domain names have doubled in five years,making it the ninth on the list of the most popular TLDs in the world .
Up to date,there are 3.503.167 .eu domain names .
