Epic Games submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum ,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name InfinityBlade.com .
Epic Games released in 2010 the iOS game Infinity Blade.According to whois records the domain name owner is Tim Eggena.
Even though the domain name is identical with Epic Games' game,this doesn't mean that the company will win the case .InfinityBlade.com was first registered in 2007,three years before the game's launch.
InfinityBlade.com domain name resolved to a website that displays the message : "This account has been suspended."
The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
