Many Universities and schools are busy snapping up .XXX domain names to keep their brands porn-free.East Carolina is one of those universities who wished to keep pornographers from tainting their brands.
East Carolina Univeristy itself registered a total of eight .XXX domain names,such as eastcarolina.xxx, ecu.xxx, eastcarolinauniversity.xxx,eastcarolinauniversitypirates.xxx and leojenkinscancercenter.xxx .Other Universities did the same thing .The University of Missouri secured Missouri.xxx and Mizzou.xxx,while Washington University secured Washu.xxx .
