Donald Trump filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name TrumpWines.com .
According to whois records,the owner is HappyHours,Inc and it was first registered in 2005 .The domain name doesn't resolve to a website right now .Donald Trump owns many trademark registrations for the "Donald Trump" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain is confusingly similar to his trademark.
The case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO .
