The Bank submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum requesting the transfer of two domain names,gibraltarbank.biz and gibraltarbank.info .
Because the complainant has various trademark with the USPTO for the terms "Gibraltar Bank",it is more than obvious that the two domain names are confusingly similar to complainant's mark.
Also,it seems that the disputed domain names resolve to websites containing links to third party websites,which offer similar services.
Because the respondent failed to submit an answer,the Panel decided that he has no rights or legitimate interests in these two domain names.
Moreover they decided the disputed domain names were registered and used in bad faith because the respondent received click through fees from the domain names which resolves to websites offering links to complainant's competitors.
Therefore,The complainant managed to prove all the three elements required so that the domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
