Dollars.com sold for €302,500 (US$390,000) according to Sedo. The
winner of the auction was the sole bidder of the domain name, a bid
that was put in one week before the end of the auction period.
According to Domain Name Journal, the domain name sold for $650,000 in July 2007, meaning the domain name lost more than a third of its value in around 18 months.A sure sign demand has softened for domain names, but then, the domain name did sell and found a willing buyer.
