"Considering that the disputed domain name is used to sell copies of the same products for which the trademarks are registered (in particular, it appears that the Respondent was selling Complainant’s woman’s handbags) and in the absence of contrary evidence, the Panel finds that the Respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in order to attract, for commercial gain, Internet users to the Respondent’s website by creating a likelihood of confusion with the Complainant’s trademark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of the websites or of a product or service on the website."
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
