Disney submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum requesting the disputed domain name to be transferred to them.
It is well known that the entertainment company has many trademark registrations for the "Disney" mark all over the world.That is why they consider the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to their trademark.
