Christian Dior Couture of Paris,has filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center for the domain name kiannadior.com
The respondent is Kianna Dior Productions,represented by Victoria Woo,who denies kiannadior.com to be confunsingly similar to any of the trademarks owned by the complainant.Moreover she said the disputed domain name was not registered or used in bad faith.
After considering all three aspects of paragraph 4(a),( 1.the domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trade mark or service mark in which the complainant has rights; 2.the respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name;3.the domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.),the Panel decided to deny the complaint.
