Cybersquatters,taking over the Internet?

It's alarming how the number of domain name cases resolved by WIPO increased during the last years.

There are major differences between 2007 and 2008 when we look at the number of complaints filed. Therefore,in 2008,there were filed about 2230 complaints,8% more than in 2007.79% of these concerned .com domains, and only 13 % concerned ccTLD.
Take as example a country like Poland.According to the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of IT and Telecommunications (PIIiT),they receive only 419 claims relating to .pl domain names.
Another major problem is that a significant number of cases are abandoned without resolution.
It is well known that cybersquatters became more experienced,so it's up to us now to develop new ideas for making the Internet a safer place.
