The Coordination Center for TLD RU has recently released its report for the period from January 1,2011 through 30 June 2011 .
The report contains about all the events the Coordination Center held,statistics of domain registration both for .RU and .РФ,as well as the CC’s 2011 semiannual financial report.
In the first six month of 2011,domain name .RU grew by 202,559 registrations, or by 6.5%.Moreover,in the first half of the year 855,751 domain names were registered in domain .РФ, which is by 19.4% over the planned figure. Thus, over the six months of 2011 domain .РФ grew by 155,324 domain names, or by 22%.
The Coordination Center had also focused in the first six months of the year on improvement and unification of the Terms and Conditions of domain names registration in domains .RU and .РФ.
