ConsumerInfo.com,represented by CitizenHawk submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,requesting 1,017 domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
ConsumerInfo.com is the owner of FreeCreditReport.com mark ,therefore ,it is considered that the 1,017 domain names are confusingly similar to the FreeCreditReport.com mark .
Moreover,the complainant thinks that the respondent registered and used the domain names in bad faith .
"Respondent’s use of the disputed domain names to offer links, some of which are to Complainant’s direct competitors, has disrupted Complainant’s business. This is further evidence that Respondent engaged in bad faith registration and use."
"The Panel finds that registration of the 1,017 disputed domain names, all containing a variation of Complainant’s FREECREDITREPORT.COM mark, is evidence of bad faith registration and use ."
Because the complainant managed to demonstrate all the elements required ,the Panel decided the 1,017 domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
