Christian Louboutin owns the trademark registrations for the "Christian Louboutin" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover,it is also obvious that the whoever registered the disputed domain names ,registered them in bad faith .
A National Arbitration Forum panelist should render a decision within a couple months.
