The actor filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,claiming rights over the disputed domain name .
According to whois records,the domain name was registered in December 2009 by Mircea Roibu from Florida .
Brad Pitt is one of the most popular actors in the world and a well known producer.Therefore,supposedly he had not registered his name as a trademark,he definitely contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
However,this arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum .
