Barbados meeting to discuss scarcity of IP internet addresses

THE American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) which governs IP address resources (the unique numbers computers and other devices use to communicate over the Internet) for the region, will meet in Barbados next Tuesday.

They will  discuss what action to take with less than 15 per cent of IP addresses left available under the current IPv4 system.
ARIN covers Canada, the United States, and some countries in the Caribbean, including Jamaica, and the North Atlantic ocean.
