Arbitrator hands three domain names to Microsoft

An arbitrator with National Arbitration Forum has awarded three domain names,msnreload.com,msn-reload.net and msn-reload.org to Microsoft. The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum, asserting legal rights to the Internet domain names.
The company owns many trademark registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for its "MSN" mark .Therefore, they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
Moreover, they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith .
"Respondent’s <msnreload.com> domain name is confusingly similar to Complainant’s MSN mark.  Moreover, the <msnreload.com> domain name resolves to a website that prominently features Complainant’s mark and displays Complainant’s MSN logo in the title bar.  Furthermore, the Panel finds that Respondent most likely profits from its use of the disputed domain name through the receipt of advertisement and referral fees."
The Panel ordered the disputed domain names be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
