AOL owns many trademark registration for the "Netscape" mark.Therefore,they contended that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .Moreover,AOL contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith :
"Respondent’s disputed domain name resolves to a website titled, “Netscapee: A Netscape Resource & Online Community.” Respondent’s website displays references to Complainant’s NETSCAPE service with links to third-party advertisers and software downloads, some of which compete with Complainant. "
Respondent failed to submit a response in this proceeding .
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
