An arbitrator with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center awarded Apple,seven iPhone-related domain names : iphonecam4s.com, iphonecamforce.com, iphoneporn4s.com, iphonesex4s.com, iphonexxxforce.com, iphone4s.com and porn4iphones.com.
Apple submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center last month,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names.The company owns many trademark registrations for the "iPhone" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
None of the domain names resolve now to porn websites.
Apple will probably use iPhone4S.com domain name.
