Apple ,the American corporation that manufactures electronics and computer software products just won a domain name case .
The complaint,in which Apple wanted the domain name www.itunes.com.mx to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant, was filed with World Intellectual Property Organization.
It is not a first for Apple to file for arbitration for iTunes-related domain names, but it is a first for the multinational corporation to fight for a mexican domain name .
.mx is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Mexico .
Because Apple is the owner of the registered "iTunes" mark,it was clearly that the Panel will consider the disputed domain name was identical to Apple's trademark.
Therefore, the Panel decided the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
