Apple has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over nine domain names .
The nine domain names are : applemudic.com,applemusoc.com,applenusic.com,applwmusic.com,appplemusic.com,wwapplemusic.com,wwwapplemusic.com,wwwipodlounge.com and wwwlapplemusic.comApple should expect the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center order the domain names to be transferred,considering the company owns the "Apple" mark .
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the nine disputed domain names has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith.The nine disputed domain names will be passed over to Apple if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
