Apple Inc has submitted a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization over two domain names : apple-downloads.com and apple-oem.com .
The arbitration panel should render a decision on whether Apple will get or not the domain name,within a couple months .
This isn't Apple's first complainant for Apple-related domain names .Apple won at least another two Apple-related domain names last year :Aplle.com and Appl.com .
Apple owns many trademark registration for the "Apple" mark all over the world.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.
