AOL ,the American global Internet services and media company,has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum ,asserting legal rights to the disputed domain name.
AOL owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "AOL" mark .Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
The disputed domain name was registered by Zhong Jianfeng and according to the Whois record,it was updated five days ago,on August 17,2010 .
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum .
