Finans Bank submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name FinansBank.xxx .
This is the 9th UDRP case filed for a .XXX domain name.The other eight are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx,FoxStudios.xxx,Borcelik.xxx,Borusanholding.xxx and DenizBank.xxx .According to whois records the domain name was registered by Ferudun Tavlan on December 7,2011,one day after the ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .
The domain name does not currently resolve.
The case is still pending compliance checks at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
